About the Role
Lyra’s Mental Health Coaches are part of our innovative video and text based coaching program called Lyra Care Coaching. This program blends live video sessions with between-session digital lessons and content. We provide our state of the art technology platform and the clients so you can focus on what you do best: offering high-quality mental health coaching.

You will also receive continued support from your coach supervisor and consultation group.
An important note: Lyra's clients come from a multitude of different backgrounds and experiences, and have varying needs and abilities. We strive to continue to meet their unique needs by delivering culturally responsive care—an approach that accounts for the impact of cultural backgrounds on each person’s care experience.
This role is a great fit
if you're comfortable taking a whole person approach and coaching around mental and emotional barriers.
